LISTENER RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

This Listener Release and Waiver of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into voluntarily by the undersigned listener (“Listener”) prior to engaging with recorded audio works produced by Handpan Boy Band (“Music”).

1. Acknowledgement of Quality

Listener acknowledges and recognizes that the Music consists entirely of bangers.

2. Assumption of Risk

Listener understands and accepts that listening to Handpan Boy Band may recalibrate taste and reduce tolerance for other music as a foreseeable consequence of exposure to consistently executed bangers.

3. Observe the Sabbath

4. Non-Judgement

Listener acknowledges that Handpan Boy Band may, from time to time, participate in online poker activities under the screen name “handpanboyband,” and that such play is loose, aggressive, and demonstrably unprofitable.

Listener further acknowledges that such online play shall not be construed as evidence of actual poker ability.

For the avoidance of doubt, Handpan Boy Band is actually good at live tournament poker.

6. No Duty to Restore Prior Taste

Listener understands that, given that all Handpan Boy Band songs are bangers, Handpan Boy Band has no obligation to lower standards or assist Listener in enjoying lesser music again.
